We work hard to ship out your order as quickly as possible, usually within a few days, But it can take as much as 4-5 days depending on how buried in tree work we are.

We ship to anywhere in the world. rates are calculated at checkout.

If you need to return an item, Just send us an email at info@thompsontreetools.com and we will give you a return authorization number, once we receive your return, we will process your refund.
